The role includes leading group sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring clinical activities, and collaborating on discharge planning while ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent outpatient counseling experience required.
• Dual diagnosis and crisis intervention experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family and group counseling sessions.
• Part of Mental Health IOP team; lead a group therapy session and attend weekly IOP meetings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor clinical activities.
• Make recommendations for ongoing treatment and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with quality patient care and regulatory requirements.
