Job summary

Cumberland County Guidance Center is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Therapist in Bridgeton, New Jersey. The role targets licensed clinicians to provide psychotherapy, assessments, and treatment planning for individuals and families within a community-based outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW with an active NJ LCSW or LPC license and have experience in individual, family, and group therapy, with capacity for in-person and telehealth services in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related mental health field.
• Active New Jersey LCSW or LPC license.
• Experience in individual, family, and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health and behavioral health assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and recovery goals.
• Deliver evidence-based counseling (CBT/DBT/MI) and psychotherapy.
• Provide in-person and telehealth services; document clinical notes.
