Step Up Family Services provides a range of services including Outpatient Therapy, In-Home Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Role Description

This is a Part-Time with Full-Time opportunity, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in New Jersey.

This role is for an outpatient therapist. We cater our skills to the needs of our clients. The Mental Health Therapist will work directly with children, families, and individuals of all ages to provide mental health services, including but not limited to general mental health, trauma focused, depression, and anxiety.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, engaging in family therapy, and collaborating with team members to support client well-being. The therapist will also participate in maintaining accurate and confidential records and provide a supportive environment for clients to achieve their goals.

Salary Range: $50 - $70 (dependent on license level, expertise and experience).
