Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri is hiring an LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist to join a dynamic team delivering school-based behavioral health services.

You will conduct intakes and therapy sessions, provide counseling for ADHD, OCD, anxiety and trauma, and collaborate with teachers and physicians. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000, relocation assistance, and HRSA education funding are available.

Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE accredited Social Work program.
• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Psychology.
• 1-3 years of behavioral health or substance abuse counseling (may include pre-degree practicum).

Responsibilities

• Completing patient intakes, assessments, and one-on-one therapy sessions lasting between 30 minutes and one hour.
• Providing counseling for ADHD, OCD, ODD, anxiety, depression, loss/grief, anger and trauma.
• Participating in crisis and risk assessments at schools' or providers' requests.
• Referring patients to additional community services and resources as deemed appropriate.
• Entering documentation in a timely and appropriate manner.

• Hours:Set your own schedulewith compensation based on production! A minimum of 80 sessions are expected to be completed each month.

What Your Day Looks Like:

Workingin our local school districtso thatparents andguardians are relieved frombringing students into the clinicfor ongoing therapy services. Referrals come from teachers, school counselors, primary care physicians andparents.

You will be:

Qualifications

• Skills:Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication, time-management, organization
• Licensure/Certification:LCSW,LPC, orLicensed Psychologist. We are unable to considerPLPCs at this time.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods of time
