Job summary

Groups Recover Together in New York is seeking a Counselor to lead dynamic group therapy sessions and contribute to member-centered care. You will conduct intake assessments, perform clinical evaluations, and provide individual support while coordinating with Care Navigators and prescribers.

The role requires an active LCSW, at least two years of group leadership in a SUD setting, and strong technology skills.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license required.
• Minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting.
• Proficient with EMR, Telehealth and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate appropriateness for the program.
• Complete clinical assessments as assigned each day.
• Provide individual support, crisis intervention, referrals, and liaise with care team.
