Job summary

Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation is looking for an Experienced LCSW to provide counseling services that support individual recovery in homes and communities. The role offers a flexible schedule and emphasizes teamwork while maximizing patient recovery.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and at least one year of experience in rehabilitation settings. A salary of USD $60.00 - $65.00 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with severe injuries.
• Current BLS First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' social, emotional needs.
• Set measurable objectives in conjunction with the rehab team.
• Assist health team members with social and emotional factors related to patients' health.
