Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for PRN duties to support social and emotional adjustment during rehab from catastrophic injury or illness.

You will provide evidence-based counseling to patients and families, coordinate care with the rehab team, and connect individuals to community resources. This role requires an LCSW license and experience in rehab settings; patient-centered care is essential.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of practice required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting (TBI/SCI/acute diagnosis) required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Moving, lifting, or transferring patients may involve lifting up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Duties require fine motor skills, good vision, and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
