Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in California. The role focuses on directing and coordinating programming while ensuring compliance with policies and reporting requirements.

You will support staff supervision through therapeutic guidance and assist the Clinical Director in implementing the core program. The position is full-time, includes weekends, and requires licensure as LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist with at least two years in

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
• Valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and timely reporting.
• Supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
• Assist Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Title:

Job Duties:

The Licensed Clinician assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming. The Licensed Clinician ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Licensed Clinician helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. In addition, assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. Crestwood’s Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHFs) are dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients. PHFs are for clients who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education, and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.

Pay Range

$60 - $69.56 USD
