Job summary

Jespy House Inc is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as Clinical Supervisor in our behavioral health practice. You will provide supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians, ensure compliance with NJ regulations, and guide clinicians toward ethical, effective care.

The role emphasizes mentorship, clinical development, and building a culture of growth within a collaborative team. Flexible scheduling with remote or hybrid options is available.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey required.
• 2–5 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Eligible to supervise under NJ regulations.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based practices.
• Experience with anxiety, OCD, trauma; couples and somatic-experiencing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to LSWs per licensure rules.
• Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and interventions.
• Monitor risk and escalation protocols; ensure documentation quality.
• Lead trainings, case conferences, and supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical programs and protocols.
• Mentor clinicians toward ethical, competent practice.
