Ellie Mental Health in Virginia is seeking a Virginia-licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor to lead a growing clinic and mentor a team of pre-licensed therapists. You will oversee quality of care, supervision, and team development while shaping hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LCSW license and VA Board-Approved Supervisor status.
• 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience, preferably in private practice.
• Master's degree or higher in social work or related behavioral science field.
• Strong knowledge of Virginia mental health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry a manageable caseload of 20–22 clients per week.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists, building to 6 supervisees.
• Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity.
• Help shape hiring, training, and team development.
• Partner with ownership on clinic growth and community outreach.
