Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in supervisor roles, Virginia licensure as an LCSW, and VA Board Approved Supervisor status.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with current Virginia LCSW license and VA Board Approved Supervisor status.
• On-site availability to oversee clinical staff and see patients in Midlothian: Richmond, VA.
• Experience supervising LMSW therapists and maintaining a weekly caseload.
• Interest in long-term growth with a locally based clinic.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage staff; implement coaching and improvement plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and 1:1 supervision to therapy staff.
• Evaluate diagnoses, implement treatment plans, and document per policy.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff.
• Lead outreach and branding efforts with franchise and marketing teams.
