Qualifications

• Valid professional licensure as an LCSW.
• Five years of therapeutic experience with substance use or mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and knowledge of EHR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates performance of social work staff and interns; provides feedback and coaching.
• Develops an effective professional development plan for clinical staff.
• Schedules and leads biweekly group clinical supervision meetings.
• Maintains comprehensive supervision notes per licensure requirements.
• Monitors compliance with treatment fidelity and agency policies.
• Provides staff support and guidance; fosters a high-performance team.
• Models counseling and crisis management techniques for supervised staff.
• Maintains licensure and/or certification as required.
• Ensures regular attendance; performs other duties as required.
