Job summary

Sky Point Social Services, LLC seeks an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 1099 contract role providing about 15 hours of clinical oversight monthly. The candidate will lead and support a collaborative care team, review treatment plans, and ensure ethical and effective clinical practice.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff mentorship, and adherence to state and agency standards, with in-person and flexible scheduling to support the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LCSW in Indiana.
• Experience supervising mental health staff is required.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT/DBT/MBCT) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and assessments for staff.
• Review and sign off on treatment and safety plans.
• Guide clinicians in treatment planning and documentation.
