Job summary

Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as a 1099 contractor in Gainesville, GA. This role requires providing clinical supervision to clinicians seeking licensure, including biweekly group supervision and maintaining supervision notes.

Minimum qualifications include valid LCSW licensure and at least five years of relevant therapeutic experience with substance use or mental health disorders. This contractor role is approximately 3 hours per month.

Qualifications

• Valid professional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Five years of experience providing professional therapeutic services to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates performance of social work clinical staff and interns with feedback and coaching.
• Develops a professional development plan for staff to address clinical and documentation skills.
• Schedules and leads biweekly group clinical supervision meetings.
• Maintains comprehensive supervision notes per licensure guidelines and agency policy.
• Monitors treatment fidelity and agency policies through supervision methods and session reviews.
• Provides support and guidance to staff, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Models effective counseling and crisis management techniques for supervisees.
