Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York at hire and a Master's Degree in Social Work.
• 3–5 years of experience in social services with supervisory experience.
• Experience in supervision of social workers, client assessment and case management.
• Knowledge of Government Entitlements: TANF, Social Security, Medicare, etc.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Client Care Coordinators, including recruitment, training, supervision and scheduling.
• Guide staff in developing and achieving program goals and managing caseloads.
• Ensure timely bios psychosocial assessments and housing-related service planning.
• Coordinate with DHS and community partners to connect families with resources.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and referrals as needed.
