JWCH Institute, Inc. in the Los Angeles area seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver behavioral health services at a Recuperative Care Center, aligning with our mission to assist underserved populations.

The role requires a California LCSW, bilingual English/Spanish, trauma-informed care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and strong documentation to meet funder requirements. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to participate in CQI

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, social welfare, psychology, marriage, family and child counseling, or related field.
• LCSW license in California (BBS) and current registration.
• Experience with homeless/low-income underserved populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatments (DBT, CBT, Seeking Safety, MI).
• Experience on an Interdisciplinary Team and in mental health emergency procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Attend case conferences and care planning to meet clinical goals.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and comprehensive diagnoses.
• Develop coordinated patient care plans with medical and psychosocial services.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation.
• Coordinate with primary care for integrated behavioral health care.
• Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Team meetings and quality assurance activities.
