Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Helena, MT is seeking a licensed clinician (LCPC or LCSW) to join our compassionate care team. This full-time role starts at $60,000 to $70,000 per year and includes benefits and professional growth opportunities.

You will provide supervision, coordinate treatment for youth and families, and work with colleagues to develop effective plans. We value dignity, inclusion, and ongoing training in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least one year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist or equivalent Montana license.
• Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and learning differences.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision according to Montana rules and policy for assigned programs.
• Coordinates skill-building activities.
• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment for youths.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress toward treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
• A clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
• An ability to assess youth and their families from a strength’s perspective.
• Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possible NHSC slot, continuing education credits, clinical supervision, and other licensure assistance available.
