Job summary

At MFS, the LCERM Operations internship offers hands-on experience in a premier investment management environment. You will assist in analyzing processes, developing internal communications, and supporting diverse operational areas including AI deployment within the division.

Participants gain exposure to risk management principles and a structured program featuring orientation, leadership talks, networking events, and presentation challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.
• Experience using AI platforms including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• Working knowledge of MS Teams and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Exposure to or interest in MS SharePoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis of existing processes to streamline workflow and improve controls.
• Assist in developing communications across the division and deploying them effectively.
• Support operations in logistics, audit controls, and financial review; suggest improvements.
• Assist the Operations team in growing AI implementation and support within the department.
• Take on additional responsibilities as requested.
