Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Ohio LCDC license in good standing; QMHS III preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance use counseling.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and EHR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Provide case management and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients and families about substance use disorders and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records per state and federal regulations.
