• Professional image and appropriate client boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized treatment plans within 3 service days of admission.
• Conducts regular treatment plan reviews each week.
• Provides individual and group counseling as scheduled.
• Leads chemical dependency counseling sessions and life-skills groups.
• Serves as a positive role model and collaborates with all facility staff.
• Completes discharge summaries within 2 working days and files required referrals.
• Monitors authorization lengths and updates treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensures documentation meets clinical, funding, and billing criteria.
• Maintains legible, accurate records and adheres to standards.
