Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within three service days of admission.
• Review and update treatment plans regularly.
• Provide individual and group counseling per schedule.
• Maintain daily interactions with detox clients.
• Support a safe environment for client recovery with staff coordination.
• Prepare discharge summaries within two working days of discharge.
• Complete referral reports accurately and timely.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets care, funding, and billing criteria.
• Uphold Cenikor core principles in daily work.
