• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within 3 service days of admission.
• Conduct regular treatment plan reviews and counseling sessions.
• Provide individual and group counseling as scheduled.
• Ensure documentation meets clinical, funding and billing standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with facility staff.
