Job summary

EPS Corporation seeks an On‑Site Technical Manager to lead C4N systems for LCAC platforms and provide hands‑on technical support. Qualifications

Associate’s degree or military training foundation in electronics and networks.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electronic/IT systems.
Experience with Navy procedures and on-site technical leadership.
Ability to document actions and coordinate with Navy personnel.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-site technical lead for C4N systems supporting LCAC platforms.
Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and system integration issues.
Perform inspections, fault isolation, and verification of repairs.
Provide guidance and mentoring to on-site technicians and staff.
Coordinate with Navy operators, maintenance personnel, and engineering teams.
