Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Scientist to join a leading global pharmaceutical company supporting its New Discovery Paradigm (NDP) – Peptide research program. This role focuses on LC-MS bioanalysis and high-throughput assay development at Spring House, PA.

The Scientist will conduct bioanalytical assays, develop LC-MS methods for peptide analysis, analyze data, and prepare technical reports to support discovery programs. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, long-term contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LC-MS bioanalysis.
• Experience with high-throughput in vitro assays.
• Experience developing LC-MS methods for peptide analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioanalytical support for New Discovery Paradigm (NDP) research activities.
• Perform cell permeability and transport assays.
• Conduct bioanalytical assays using manual techniques and robotic platforms.
• Develop and optimize LC-MS methods for high-throughput in vitro assays.
• Perform LC-MS bioanalysis of small molecules and peptides.
• Process, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientists to support discovery research objectives.
