Pride Global is seeking a Digital Engineering / CAD Engineer to support high-volume manufacturing projects onsite. This role focuses on digital engineering, production prep, layouts, and 2D/3D modeling using Autodesk tools.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Navisworks, Revit, ReCap, and Creo, plus 3+ years in CAD/CAE or Digital Engineering, and will coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive planning accuracy and production readiness.
Duration: 12 Months with Possible Extension
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite, Monday–Friday
Overtime: Approximately 15%; must be flexible to support weekends, holidays, and planned shutdowns as needed
Travel: Approximately 15% domestic travel
Position Summary
We are seeking a Digital Engineering / CAD Engineer to support manufacturing and production engineering projects in a high-volume industrial environment. This role will focus on digital engineering, production preparation, equipment and process planning, facility and line layouts, and 2D/3D modeling.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Autodesk design and engineering tools, manufacturing layouts, engineering drawings, project coordination, and digital modeling. This individual will work closely with production and engineering teams to improve planning accuracy, manufacturing efficiency, project execution, and production readiness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates with a technical degree in CAD/CAE or equivalent education and 3+ years of relevant CAE/CAD or Digital Engineering experience will also be considered.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Digital Engineering, CAD, Manufacturing Layout, or Production Engineering professional with strong Autodesk expertise and recent experience working with both 2D and 3D models. They should be comfortable supporting manufacturing projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, creating detailed engineering documentation, and working onsite in a fast-paced production environment.
