Qualifications

• Experience in layette, infant, or children’s apparel design.
• Ability to independently create complete tech packs and artwork prints.
• Strong understanding of fabrications, trims, garment construction, and fit.
• Experience with PLM systems and apparel development processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into production-ready tech packs and specifications.
• Collaborate with designers to develop artwork, prints, and technical packages.
• Maintain production-ready tech packs and fabric library in PLM system.
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturers to preserve design intent and quality.
