Job summary

Sysco is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to build and stage orders in a freezer/cooler warehouse, and operate reach trucks to move pallets between staging areas. The role requires regular lifting and adherence to PWMs, safety protocols, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working in extreme temperatures and capable of meeting productivity standards. Training and certification for PWMs and forklift operation are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Crown and/or Raymond reach truck experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and stage pallets for loading at outbound doors.
• Operate forklift and other MHE following PWMs.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues.
• Ensure pallets are secured with shrink wrap and properly labeled.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and adhere to safety policies.
