Job summary

Devenish Nutrition Ltd in the United States seeks a Poultry Nutritionist – Layers with PhD-level expertise to deliver research-informed layer nutrition, formulation services, and strategic customer partnerships.

You will work across Sales, Product Development, Research, and Marketing to improve flock performance, profitability, and product adoption through data-driven guidance and innovative Agri-tech tools.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Nutrition, Poultry Science, Animal Science or closely related field required.
• Demonstrated expertise in layer nutrition, diet formulation, and flock performance optimization.
• Experience with commercial layer operations and translating science into practical applications.
• Established network in the commercial egg or integrated layer industry is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective customers and position Devenish’s consultation services as a competitive advantage.
• Deliver expert nutritional consultation and precision diet formulation to a portfolio of layer customers.
• Partner with Vets and Account Managers to provide technical selling support and co-develop proposals.
• Gather industry and competitive intelligence to inform Product Development, Research, and Marketing.
