Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping Co. is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to guide our field team in delivering quality residential and commercial landscaping projects in Moraine, Ohio.

You will lead day-to-day activities, coordinate crew work, and ensure safety and timely completion while performing landscapes tasks alongside the crew. A strong work ethic and hands-on leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and quality-focused work ethic.
• Hardscape experience, drain tile knowledge, garden design experience, and mechanical knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping Co. is hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to help lead our team in completing quality residential and commercial landscaping projects.

We're looking for someone who knows the industry, takes pride in their work, and can keep a crew moving while still being willing to work alongside them.

As a Crew Leader, you'll guide your crew's day-to-day work while making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
