Job summary

Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team in Moraine, OH. The Landscape Team Member will perform maintenance, install mulch, plants, shrubs, and support hardscape projects while working outdoors with a crew.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement, with training and development provided. A valid driver's license is required, and prior landscaping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well on a team.
• One year of landscaping experience preferred, but motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, trimming, and weeding.
• Install mulch, plants, shrubs, and other landscape materials.
• Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
• Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely.
• Operate larger equipment, including excavators, when needed.
• Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects.
• Perform snow removal during winter months to help maintain safe properties.
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Location: Moraine, OH

Pay: $17-20/hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (end time varies based on project completion)
