Job summary

Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily landscaping and hardscape projects while guiding a small crew to success. You will mentor crew members, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects moving efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Experience with hardscaping or drainage installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, mulching, planting, sodding, and grounds maintenance
• Assist with hardscape and drainage installation projects
• Train crew members on proper equipment operation and safe work practices
• Maintain landscaping equipment and report repair needs promptly
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Promote a positive, productive team environment
