Landscaping Crew Lead (Class A CDL Required)

$25.00-$30.00/Hour Base Pay + $1.00/Hour Attendance Bonus + Daily Performance Bonuses

We're looking for a Landscape Crew Lead who can lead a small crew, make smart decisions, maximize productivity, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and understands that efficiency and accountability matter.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a 2-3 person landscaping crew
• Plan and execute daily work efficiently and safely
• Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service
• Make critical field decisions that maximize productivity and profitability
• Keep projects on schedule and within budgeted labor hours
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients
• Safely transport equipment, trailers, and materials using Class A CDL vehicles
• Perform pre‑trip inspections and maintain compliance with DOT requirements
• Take ownership of crew performance, jobsite organization, and overall results

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL (Required)
• Previous landscaping, construction, excavation, or related field experience
• Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini‑skids, and landscaping equipment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
• Desire to grow professionally and advance within the company

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00-$30.00/Hour Base Wage (Based on Experience)
