Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional lawn care, turf care, treatment, or spray/application experience.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to independently manage a daily route.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, humidity, and changing weather.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work throughout the day.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

The Role

Superior Lawn Care is hiring a Lawn Treatment Route Technician to independently manage a daily route servicing residential and commercial properties.

You’ll apply fertilizer, weed control, pest treatments, and other turf-care products while helping customers maintain healthy, attractive lawns.

This is not a mowing, landscaping, or general property maintenance position.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on lawn care, turf treatment, spray application, or similar experience who is comfortable working independently in the field.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to identify weeds, insects, disease, or other turf problems
• Previous experience as a Lawn Spray Technician, Lawn Treatment Technician, Applicator, Turf Technician, or Pest Control Technician
• Experience in a route-based service position
• Pesticide/applicator license or certification
