garden-warrior is hiring for a lawn care helper in Northern Kentucky. You will perform hand weed removal, hole filling with topsoil, dethatching, aeration, seeding, fertilizing, and basic sprinkler setup. You must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather.

No prior lawn experience is required, but you must be reliable, possess transportation, and pass a background check. This is a hands-on role with daily physical tasks and clean-up duties on site.

Responsabilités

• Hand remove weeds from lawn.
• Fill holes with topsoil.
• Dethatch lawn using equipment and sweep debris.
• Rake thatch and bag debris for disposal.
• Aerate lawn with equipment towed behind mower.
• Apply soil conditioner, seed, fertilizer, and weed control.
• Use blower for sidewalk and driveway cleanup.
• Set up lawn sprinklers on timers.
• Submit timesheets.

Hand removal of lawn weeds, patching lawn holes with topsoil, dethatching, aerating, seeding and fertilizing lawns.

• 1) Hand removing weeds from lawn.
• 2) Filling holes in lawn with topsoil.
• 3) Dethatching lawn using a dethatcher towed behind a lawn mower.
• 4) Hand raking thatch and putting debris into contractor bags or onto trailer.
• 5) Aerating lawn using an aerator towed behind a lawn mower.
• 6) Applying soil conditioner, seed, fertilizer and weed control with a walk behind hopper.
• 7) Use blower for sidewalk and driveway clean up.
• 8) Setting up lawn sprinklers on timers.
• 9) Submitting timesheets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1) Must possess a United States Social Security Number, a State Issued photo ID and be a citizen of the United States or have an unexpired Green card.
• 2) Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• 3) Must have reliable transportation.
• 4) Must be reliable and dependable.
• 5) Must have attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• 6) Must have the ability to work independently without supervision.
• 7) Lawn experience not required but must WANT to learn!
• 8) Must be able to tolerate working in an outside environment and temperature fluctuations.
• 9) Must have the ability to use a shovel and garden tools to hand remove weeds in a lawn.
• 10) Must have the ability to walk distances behind a hopper/spreader while pushing at the same time.
• 11) Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
