Job description

Overview

We are looking to add to our team!

For more than 50 years, we have been providing liquid fertilization treatments to residential and commercial customers using state-of-the-art equipment and processes. Our business is in a growth mode and want to add new employees to support this growth.

No experience is needed as we provide ongoing training for the services we provide and to achieve the required certifications. Our starting rate of pay with no experience will be between $18 and $20 per hour during the training period. We will train you for success within our business.

Compensation and Schedule

Once trained and certified, we will provide an increase to your hourly rate of pay, plus you are eligible to participate in our Performance Based Bonus Program (this provides the opportunity to earn up to $55 more per day based on your daily performance).

These positions are full time with overtime opportunities (Monday through Friday Daylight hours plus some Saturday work opportunities). These positions offer the ability to make $40k-$60k annually with an uncapped bonus opportunity.

After 60 days of employment, we offer medical benefits, life insurance, and participation in our 401k plan.

• Position requires the ability to be able lift up to 50 pounds and for the individual to be able to be on their feet for more than half of the work day in a fast-paced environment.
• We require a valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record.
• They must also have reliable transportation to/from work each day.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
