Responsibilities

• Apply lawn fertilizer, weed control, and liquid treatments according to WeedX programs
• Safely operate ride-on and skid sprayers
• Accurately identify common weeds, turf types, and lawn conditions
• Follow all label instructions, safety protocols, and state regulations
• Communicate professionally with customers at their properties
• Document applications, notes, and service details accurately
• Maintain equipment, trucks, and daily route organization
• Represent WeedX Fertilizing in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications

• Lawn care or fertilizer application experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state pesticide applicator license (We help with licensing if needed)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
