Job summary

CitiTurf LLC seeks a lawn care specialist to join a low-stress, high-quality team. You will perform fertilization and weed control on client properties daily, diagnose lawn issues, and communicate with customers to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with clients.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must be 21+ to drive and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform fertilization and weed control treatments on client properties daily.
• Diagnose pest or disease issues in lawns.
• Communicate with customers when issues arise; provide solutions.

About The Job:

• Perform fertilization and weed control treatments of client properties daily.
• Diagnose any pest or disease issues in lawns.
• Communicate with customer when any issues.
• Execute all required chemical application responsibilities efficiently and safely.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, some overtime may be required
• Saturdays - Optional

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Take a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Must be 21 years old or over to drive
• Valid drivers license
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work outside at all times of the year
• Ability to lift 80lbs regularly
• Able to safely operate machinery and hand tools as directed by supervisor
• Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right motivated individual
