Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a reliable Lawn Maintenance team member in Austin. You will perform mowing, edging, trimming, and landscape upkeep to keep clients’ outdoor spaces lush and well-maintained.

Regular pay ranges with strong earning potential; training pay offered. Schedule is Mon–Sat with year-round hours, no seasonal layoffs, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work experience.
• Valid driver’s license (if assigned as driver) with five years of driving history.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Saturday workdays are required; Sundays off.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• English speaking preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, blow, and maintain beds and related lawn tasks.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for the workday and load them into the truck/trailer.
• Learn and use equipment safely under supervision.
• Understand and uphold customers’ expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and teammates at all times.
