Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work.
- Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts.
- Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance.
- Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system.
- Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
