What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be out in the field applying lawn and landscape treatments, making sure everything is done on time and to a high standard. You’ll also help identify and treat lawn issues, keeping our clients’ properties healthy, green, and looking their best. It’s a hands‑on position where you’ll learn a lot and have real opportunities to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in lawn care
• Understands lawn maintenance and treatment practices
• Manages time well and stays organized throughout the day
• Can juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving efficiently
• Works well independently with minimal supervision

Bonus points if you have:

• A degree in Turf Management
• A current Massachusetts Applicator’s License

You’ll also need:

• A valid Massachusetts driver’s license
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
