Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work.
• Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts.
• Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance.
• Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system.
• Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep our clients’ properties clean, healthy, and well-maintained.

• Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts
