Job summary

Great Oaks Landscape Associates, Inc. is seeking team members to join our lawn maintenance crews with a starting hourly wage of $22.00+ and opportunities for growth.

You will cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, and perform other lawn care duties, while leading crews as needed. Responsibilities include operating power equipment (lawn tractors, mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, saws), assisting with truck load/unload and inspections, and ensuring safety and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Good work ethic and the ability to work well with the crew.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the landscape/grounds maintenance industry.
• Capable of operating required equipment (zero turn mowers & walk-behinds) in a safe/responsible manner.
• Time management skills.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, tools & equipment required to complete various lawn maintenance tasks.
• A valid Chauffeur's License & Medical Certification required.
• Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Aid in the loading/unloading and daily inspections of trucks and trailers in the AM/PM.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulation.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
