Position Overview

Salsbery Brothers Landscaping is a reputable landscaping company known for providing high‑quality landscaping services to residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking dependable individuals who are interested in joining our team as landscaping crew members. This position offers the opportunity to demonstrate quality workmanship and execute various landscaping projects.

Position Summary

As a landscape crew member, you will play an important role in ensuring all jobs are completed correctly and on time. Crew members work in the field with a crew of 2 or 3 and a foreman. The team is expected to get work done safely, efficiently, and with quality.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Salsbery Brothers Landscaping.
• Maintain communication with the job foreman.
• Work as a team with crew to meet projected hours on jobs.
• Prepare and secure all materials, tools, and equipment.
• Be able to safely learn how to operate equipment.
• Conduct and promote safe working conditions at all times.
• Maintain clean equipment, truck, trailer, and job site.
• Be responsible for maintaining company policies and procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications
