Job description

Position Overview:

• A Lawn Maintenance Crew Member must be able to correctly use all lawn equipment such as zero-turn commercial mowers, blowers, and trimmers, without damage to the customer's property, turf, or equipment.
• Cleaning equipment at the end of the day is required. Sharpening blades at the end of the week is also required.
• A Lawn Maintenance Crew Member position is typically under the direction of our Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader and completes a variety of tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor lawn areas.
• will care for lawns in residential as well as commercial properties.
• They know how to cut straight lawn lines, basket weaves or diamonds.

A job description for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member may contain the following duties and responsibilities:

• Zero turn mowing.
• Weed whacking.
• Use of a blower.
• Weeding.
• Trimming small hedges.
• Removing ivy (poison or not).
• Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
• Creating lawn patterns.
• Monitoring and maintaining lawn health.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 1 year experience with a valid record of work experience with references to be verified.
• Must speak English.
• Must have valid ID and social security card.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be over of legal age.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs daily.
• Must have a working cell phone for communication.
• The ability to follow instructions and report any issues to your Crew Leader.
• Take pride in the quality of your work.
• Honesty and attendance is crucial.
