Job summary

Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc. is seeking a full-time landscaper lead to manage daily crew operations, supervise mowing, trimming and cleanup, and ensure safe, high-quality yard work. You will operate, inspect and maintain equipment, training teammates on procedures and safety.

The role requires 2+ years in landscaping, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Spanish help is a plus; you should be comfortable outdoors and lifting 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or groundskeeping experience; leadership preferred.
• Valid chauffeur’s license with clean driving record.
• Professional English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.
