Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape in Maryland seeks an experienced Crew Leader to oversee field operations for the Maintenance division. You will supervise the crew from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of landscaping services.

As part of the team, you will coordinate with branch management and customers, perform daily pre-trip inspections, and drive crews to jobs while following safety policies. Strong English communication is required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and train crew members.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew, ensuring safety, training, and tools are provided.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs while adhering to safety policies.
