Role Description The Lawn Maintenance Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for overseeing lawn maintenance service contracts, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial and residential clients, and ensuring services are delivered on schedule and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing work orders, coordinating crews and schedules, inspecting job sites, and addressing client inquiries or service issues. The Account Manager monitors project progress, reviews service reports, and collaborates with the operations team to optimize efficiency and safety. This role also includes preparing estimates, supporting contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to enhance services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related field service operations, with the ability to oversee multiple properties and projects.
• Customer relationship management skills, including clear communication, professional client interaction, and timely issue resolution.
• Basic knowledge of landscape design, irrigation systems, and seasonal lawn care practices, or willingness to learn on the job.
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, coordinate crews, and meet service deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret service contracts, prepare estimates, and support contract renewals.
• Comfort working on-site at outdoor locations, with adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Proficiency with basic office and scheduling software; experience with field service or CRM tools is a plus.
