Turf Masters Lawn & Landscape, LLC in Howell, MI is seeking a dependable Ground Maintenance Driver to join our team. You’ll operate commercial mowing equipment, perform lawn care, and assist with landscaping tasks while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience with commercial landscaping equipment is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn mowers to maintain lawns at proper cutting heights.
• Perform routine lawn care tasks including trimming, weed control, and turf maintenance.
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, sod installation, and improvements.
• Safely drive and operate mowing equipment and maintenance vehicles between work areas.
• Perform trimming around obstacles and edge sidewalks and driveways for a clean finish.
• Use blowers and other tools to remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris from surfaces.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on mowing equipment and report repairs.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for team members and clients.
