Job summary

Turf Masters Lawn And Landscape in Howell, MI is seeking a Pressure Washing and Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our fleet vehicles. Qualifications

2–4 years of related experience in route driving or equipment operation.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
Valid driver's license.

Effective communication to report challenges to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

Drive a truck and trailer following a pre-established schedule, servicing multiple locations per day.
Operate a heated pressure washer safely and effectively.
Perform cleaning tasks such as removing dirt, debris, and staining from vehicles, cleaning windows, and detailing the interiors.
Monitor the unit’s status to identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, and performance.
Perform minor maintenance tasks such as checking oil and other fluid levels.
Use degreasers, soaps, and detergents as directed.
Operate a squeegee and extension to wash large fleet trucks and equipment.
Maintain established schedule and provide feedback to improve schedule efficiency.
