Job summary

One Stop Property Maintenance, LLC is seeking a Landscape/Turf Maintenance Technician to uphold turf quality and maintain landscapes across Southeast Michigan. You will operate hand and power tools to perform mowing, edging, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience in turf maintenance or landscaping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on landscaping tasks: planting trees, shrubs, flowers; mulch beds; edging and trimming; seasonal cleanups.
• Maintain turf: mow, edge, trim, fertilize lawns for healthy turf.
• Assist with hardscape installation such as pavers and garden beds.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and provide quality guest interactions.
